Congratulations to Rebecca Otis, April's Who's Your Chief recipient. Rebecca is a 6th-grade teacher at Capac Elementary School. Her nominators noted that "Mrs.Otis has been a fantastic addition to the Capac community, she’s helped my daughter grow exponentially this year. She’s nurturing and loving but is stern and gets those kids going! She’s built such an amazing rapport with me, always keeping me in the loop!
